Why is it so hard for some to believe that the healthy natural body is innately equipped to fight off germs that cause the body to get sick? Truth be told, the human body is able to quickly rid itself of foreign substances without any outside help from man-made medicine. In some cases, unnatural medicine may inadvertently cause health problems down the line or side effects immediately after administering. However, when the body does need a helping hand, there are all natural remedies as an alternative.
The second ingredient is Sodium C14 16 Olefin Sulfonate which is a synthetic cleansing agent (also used in detergents). It can potentially dry out and irritate the skin. Let’s just say it isn’t gentle.
At the start of any diet, it is important to note that each person has a different body build. Some people are short and stout, while others are tall and thin. When your lungs are filled, purse your lips and slowly blow out the air. Do this exercise 15 times in the morning and again in the evenings to feel revitalised.
1/2 cup raw tomato juice, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup greens of your choice, 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice, 1/2 cup crushed ice.
Say NO to processed sugar. This includes white and brown sugar and also honey if it’s pasteurized. What does that leave you with? raw honey, sucanat, or stevia. Dried dates and raisins can be used to sweeten, but try getting along without indulging that sweet tooth. And yes…this means no chocolate! Unless you can get chocolate without sugar. If so, then go for it!
Stage #2: This really is where the pain shows up. A skin patch could possibly be itchy, tingling and discomforting all simultaneously. It would take a couple of days for this patch of skin to develop red rashes and painful blisters.
In a food processor, first blend the walnuts until they are finely chopped. Next add the dates and the cacao powder and blend until they are well mixed. The mixture will be very sticky and dense. Lay it out on a brownie pan and cut into squares. You can eat it like this or put it in the fridge for an hour to harden. Enjoy!
